Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) Resource

The UAD is a component of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program, jointly established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac under the direction of their regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), to provide common requirements for appraisal and loan delivery data.

Come September 1, 2011, the appraisal forms we have grown accustomed to will have a different "look and feel" in some specific areas. In our efforts to educate the mortgage industry, Property Sciences held a webinar to provide clarity to Underwriters, Appraisers and Loan Agents on the upcoming changes brought on by the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD).
