Positions Currently Available
Business Development Manager
Position is available in our Pleasant Hill office. Business Development Manager
will assist with the continual expansion of the company’s appraisal products and
services, develop and implement marketing strategies to commercial and residential
real estate lending institutions, create new business avenues, and establish new
accounts with commercial and residential appraisal clients across the United States.
A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required. The ideal candidate would have
a familiarity with the major banks and finance companies throughout the United States
along with a wide network of people in the mortgage industry.
Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Residential staff appraisal positions are available in key markets throughout the
United States. Residential appraisers who would like the opportunity to be cross-trained
in commercial appraisal are also encouraged to apply, as Property Sciences promotes
multiple product capabilities. Successful candidates will have a degree from a four-year
accredited university and an appraisal license.
Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
Property Sciences’ leadership has positioned it as one of a select few firms that
has broad acceptance by Wall Street based conduits. The growth in this sector has
dramatically increased institutional work and has created the need for experienced
commercial appraisers. Positions are available in our Pleasant Hill and Los Angeles
offices. Successful candidates will have a degree from a four-year accredited university
and an appraisal license.
